Leo de Lavalliere

Back to my first love, creating ceramics after a number of nice and interesting detours, including architecture / interior design and graphic design mainly.
Since 2015, I've been training with master ceramists in Switzerland, France and Germany and have acquired a wealth of modelling skills, using wheel work as a complement.
The pleasure of sharing this magical moment with clay motivated me to open my own atelier: Leo Atelier.
Since 2018, I run workshops there throughout the year, which bring me great inspiration and joy.
Since 2021, my classes have also been part of the Erwachsenenbildung program offered by the Gewerbliches Bildungszentrum Weinfelden in the canton of Thurgau.

My name is Eléonore Laib-Poullet and for my ceramist name I chose to use my nickname "Leo" and the name "de Lavallière" in homage to my grandmother who always had a great interest in Arts and Crafts and would have been a great supporter and a pertinent critic.
I was born in Paris and have lived in eastern Switzerland since 2003.
I speak French, English, German and a little Spanish.
